Strategic Actions
Forgen® Renewables has developed a 4 point strategic plan that is intended to assist in achieving our vision and mission goals. Our strategic plan consists of the following key strands:
- Achieve sustainable growth through targeted new market sectors in our home market (new sectors)
- Achieve sustainable growth through international business development (international business)
- Develop and introduce greater power output wind generators suitable for on grid applications (new products)
- Introduce and implement a continuous improvement programme (In house systems)
Further specific actions have been and continue to be developed within the business relative to each strategic strand. These are also used as part of our internal and individual appraisal system.
